Well, I finally have a layout that I really enjoy, it's been a while since I've last updated Wayward Abstraction, and I'm happy to say that the long wait between updates is coming to an end with this new layout that I've posted. This layout features one of my most drawn OC's Cain McNeil, as well as two of the colours I seem to fall back on most when I colour one of my pictures in (can you guess what they are? Just a hint for you though, it's not grey.)

The only thing I'm not all that pleased with as far as the layout goes is the coding. I know it works for both Firefox and IE, but beyond that I'm not to sure. If you notice anything askew with the layout and you are using a browser that is not one of the mentioned above please let me know. I've never had any training as far as web-design and coding layouts goes, and everything I know is self taught through many, many hours of trial and error.

I'm going to try and have everything up and running over the next couple of weeks, but I'll see how that goes in line with my work schedule. One thing I do know is that over the next seven days I wont be able to do too much, as I work straight through them, have a birthday party to attend for someone I've never met (they're a part of my boyfriend's family) as well as my own birthday coming up with Friday, in which I'll be going to the theatres to see Wall-E.

My main concerns for WA right now are getting my portfolio updated and seeing to it that the rest of my website functions properly so that I wont be screaming at it every few minutes.

Another thing I'll be keeping you updated on is the progress of my little Pet Project "Zeitgeist" Hopefully each week I'll have something new for you regarding the story, characters, and everything else that will be going along with that. And, with any luck at all, in a couple of months the first few pages of my comic revolving around Zeitgeist will be posted. I don't know exactly when I'll be ready to show you all the work I've been putting into this but it's now well on its way to actually looking like something, rather than just a bunch of idea's floating around in my head.

Anyways, I believe that for now that's all I have to say regarding this update, and hopefully within the next couple of days I'll have more for you all to see. I know there isn't much here now, but I do promise that that will change.
